We’re exploring the introduction of a new hotel vessel in the relative vicinity of the current Good Hotel, offering approximately 225 modern hotel rooms, a café and restaurant, and flexible space that can be used by the local community.

 

As part of the proposal, a range of water activation schemes will be provided to help open up the Docks for wider and more inclusive use - such as open water swimming or other activities. We’re keen to hear what kind of amenities local people and businesses would value most through our consultation.
