We are aiming to deliver our floating approach to the world and have taken our Dutch expertise in vessels and our hotel operational knowledge to imagine and design a new way of building the hotel of the future. Minimal construction and environmental disruption, as the structure is built in a shipyard in the Netherlands and towed into its final location in one piece. Floating means being adapted to climate change – rising sea levels, and risk of flooding. The vessel is highly sustainable with water sourced heat pumps for heating and cooling.
